500D PVC Laminated Fabric is a high-quality material that is widely used for various applications. It is made of 100% polyester with a density of 500D-72T and a weight ranging from 300-450gsm. The fabric is available in widths of 60 inches to 80 inches and is typically packaged in 50-meter rolls with a transparent polybag. This fabric is ideal for the manufacture of various items such as tents, lady bags, child bags, backpacks, traveling luggage, fashion pockets, and various types of chairs like fishing chairs, beach chairs, hammocks, sunshades, and outdoor covers. The PVC laminated processing of the fabric makes it water-repellent and enhances its durability and longevity. The water pressure of the fabric can be adjusted as per the client’s requirement, with options ranging from 0mm to 15000mm. The fabric has a nice hand feel and comes in bright colors that are capable of fully demonstrating the customer's design concept. It matches the colors with the Pantone Color Book, and its colorfastness can be grade 4-5 in washing, with a color fastness to light of 80 hours. The tearing and breaking strength of the fabric is very nice, making it strong enough to carry heavy things. Additionally, compared to nylon fabric, 500D PVC Laminated Fabric is more affordable.
